Job Title: Account Manager/Customer ServiceLocation: Wayne, NJSalary: $70,000-$80,000 + bonusBenefits: 401(k) matching, Health insurance, Paid time offWork Schedule: 8:30am-5:00pm M-F On-site for training 3-6 months then hybrid 3/2Overview: A growing family-owned Insurance Agency in business for over 85 years has expanded into the property and casualty business (auto, home and business insurance) and is in search of an Account Manager/Customer Services Rep. This role is crucial in ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. Seeking an experienced CSR with 2+ years of marketing commercial lines accounts.Responsibilities:Independently market/quote new business and account renewals.Understanding of commercial lines coverage(s), policy forms and documentation.Input client notes following email and calls with client into CRMNurture client relationships and build rapport with new clientsAnswer inbound service calls and make outbound service callsConsistent follow up on client calls, emails, inquires, requests, timely and accuratelyAssist customers with online applications and online paymentsFollow up on online quotes to inform customers of the benefits of our products and pricingComplete sales transactions and processing of paymentsPractice customer focus, collaboration, and communication with teamRequirements:NJ Property and Casualty Insurance License3+ years of experience in commercial linesExperience with Applied EPICExcellent communication and presentation skills
