In this role, you will directly support and impact our people operations initiatives, to build a high-performing and purpose-driven organizational culture.Job Duties & ResponsibilitiesPeople Engagement:Plan and execute culture initiatives or events to drive engagement and positive experiencesOwn the new hire onboarding process, conduct orientations and trainings to ensure our team members are setup for early successResponsible for our internal intranet and communications tools, including systems administration and develop communications such as people operations newsletterCreatively incorporate our core values in all people & culture programsMaintain and execute a monthly calendar of culture and team building activities for in-office, hybrid, and remote team membersSupport our recognition strategy and promote team celebrationsLearning & Development:Contribute to the development of training materials; and research relevant e-learning content to achieve desired learning outcomesCollaborate with people managers to identify training needs for individuals and teams, and develop tailored learning solutionsMaintain compliance trainings to ensure proper assignments and completionGeneralist Responsibilities:Process employee changes and maintain system data integrity, accuracy of records, including filing of documentsManage new hire process, including offer letter preparations, background checks, drug test, hiring, and coordinating onboarding meetingsTrack and generate people analytics data and reports, and compile information from multiple sources or systems as neededProvide prompt responses and resolutions to all team members related to benefits, payroll, and other general inquiriesSupport Talent Acquisition by completing professional reference checks and as needed, recruit, source, and conduct interviewsKnowledge, Skills & AbilitiesStrong interpersonal, problem-solving and organizational skillsExceptional written and verbal communication skills to interact with people and to present or facilitate meetingsSolid data analytical skills and familiarity with common Excel formulas (e.g., IFs, Sum, Count, Concatenate, Pivot tables, etc.)Aptitude to adopt new technology quickly and utilize tools and systems to optimize workflowsAttention to detail to maintain data integrity, run reports from multiple systems and provide accurate informationAbility to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectivelyAbility to problem-solve independently and navigate day to day issues or situationsAbility to build relationships with internal and external stakeholdersKnowledge of benefits design and policies, and proper administration of healthcare enrollmentsUnderstanding of HR compliance laws (e.g. EEOC, ADA, FMLA, Pay Transparency)Demonstrate discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive informationEducation & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Labor and Employment Relations, or Business Administration2 - 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a generalist role supporting onboarding, engagement, and learning & developmentDemonstrated success delivering people programs with great success and engagementTechnical experience with various HRIS, applicant tracking, engagement, performance, learning management systemsExperience working in a fast-paced work environmentThe OnMed employee experienceOnMed offers a competitive salary and benefits package.
