With a footprint which expands across the entire state, our primary focuses are our team and our customers.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time Human Resources Manager role located on-site in Eagle, ID. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with all employment laws and regulations.Job FunctionsEmployee Support:Act as a trusted advisor to employees, addressing concerns, providing guidance, and ensuring a supportive workplace environment.Promote a culture of respect, inclusion, and open communication.Regularly gather employee feedback to identify opportunities for workplace improvement.Payroll Administration:Manage and process accurate and timely payroll for all employees, ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable laws.Maintain payroll records, address discrepancies, and resolve payroll-related issues.Ensure proper deductions for taxes, benefits, and other withholdings.Medical Benefits Administration:Oversee the administration of employee medical, dental, vision, and other benefits programs.Serve as the primary contact for benefits providers and employees regarding plan details, enrollment, and claims.Monitor and analyze benefits offerings to ensure they remain competitive and cost-effective.Conduct annual benefits reviews and open enrollment processes.Culture & Values Stewardship:Lead initiatives to embed and reinforce the company's mission, vision, and values across all HR practices.Organize and support events, programs, and recognition efforts that celebrate team achievements and encourage collaboration.Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:Develop hiring strategies that attract candidates who align with organizational values.Ensure a smooth and welcoming onboarding process that integrates new employees into the company culture.Policy Development & Compliance:Establish and communicate clear, values-driven policies that align with legal requirements and support employee well-being.Ensure consistent application of policies to promote fairness and equity.Employee Development & Engagement:Design training programs that align employee goals with organizational objectives.Champion engagement initiatives that enhance morale, productivity, and retention.Facilitate leadership development programs to cultivate strong internal talent pipelines.Performance Management:Develop and sustain transparent performance appraisal processes that encourage accountability and recognize excellence.Provide coaching and support to employees and managers to resolve performance challenges.HR Metrics & Strategy:Analyze workforce data to identify trends, address concerns, and inform strategic decision-making.Use insights to improve employee experience, retention, and HR processes.At Premier Aggregates, we value team members who are proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.
