Our client is seeking a highly motivated Channel Marketing Senior Associate to join the growing Marketing team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies aimed at supporting the Institutional Channel distribution efforts. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of institutional client types - pensions, endowments, foundations, sovereigns, and corporates and be able to successfully collaborate effectively with a variety of stakeholders and subject matter experts to drive key marketing initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities include, but are not limited to:Help develop and execute the go-to-market plan for the Institutional and International ChannelsBe a strong partner to marketing colleagues (brand, design, content, events, digital, and product marketing) to bring the best thinking to marketing initiatives and ensure proper alignment of resourcesManage multiple projects at once and deliver on time and on budgetReview and analyze campaign data vs KPIs. Communicate results to internal stakeholdersRepresent the voice of the Institutional and International Channels on cross-channel initiatives to ensure thematic and product content is relevant and appropriateCreate engaging marketing content for the Institutional and International view of the website, social media, and channel-specific communicationsEnsure content is consistent with messaging and brandWork with colleagues to best prioritize and package content for different target audiences factoring in types of content (e.g., educational, value add, etc.), channel-specific needs/interests, and media consumption preferencesEffectively present rationale and ideas to internal stakeholdersEnsure content is accurate and meets compliance/regulatory requirementsDevelop and maintain a working knowledge of all firm investment capabilities, financial markets, and general investment topicsSeek to improve processes and effectiveness whenever possibleQualificationsRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree3 - 7 years of institutional channel marketing experience in the asset management industrySuperior written communication skillsExtended hours are occasionally required to meet deadlines
