The ideal candidate will play a critical role driving the refresh of an internal mobile application, which supports approximately 8,500 users. This is a unique opportunity to lead a critical project from design through development and into daily operations.Key Responsibilities:Lead the design and development of a refreshed mobile application.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application.Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.Provide technical leadership and mentorship to other developers.Transition to supporting the application on a day-to-day basis post-release.
