Construction Project Manager:JB recruit have partnered with one of the largest Commercial & Industrial Construction firms in Allentown as they look to bring on a talented project manager to assist with multiple projects they have recently won.Salary 90 - 120K DOEThe ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget, and meeting the highest quality and safety standards.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the project buyout process by reviewing subcontractor and supplier scopes to ensure compliance with specifications, cost efficiency, and quality standards.Coordinate and manage submittals, RFIs, schedules, and coordination drawings.Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations throughout all project phases.Lead the construction team, ensuring assignments are completed on schedule, within budget, and meet quality benchmarks.Monitor critical project paths, identify opportunities for efficiency, and implement innovative procurement and delivery methods.Prepare and present detailed monthly progress reports to senior management, addressing project status and challenges.Foster and maintain positive relationships with clients, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure project success.Required Skills and CompetenciesProven project management expertise, including planning, execution, monitoring, and completion.Exceptional time management and leadership abilities, leveraging teamwork to achieve results.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Robust decision-making and problem-solving capabilities.Advanced technical knowledge of construction practices and issues.Proficiency in software applications, including MS Project, Excel, Word, Sage, Outlook, AutoCAD, and Sage Timberline.Financial acumen, with the ability to manage budgets, evaluate opportunities, and understand basic accounting principles.QualificationsBachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field. (Preferred but not required.
