Creative Services Project Manager

Our Metrowest retail client is looking for a Creative Services Project Manager with 5+ years experience; this role is onsite 4 days a week. Ideally looking for previous CPG or retail experience as a Project or Production Manager.Day in the life:Schedule and manage the marketing and production calendar for all campaignsManage the production and shoot budgets for the yearTurn marketing briefs into schedules and production timelines and ensure folks are adhering to the scheduleManage and oversee project assignments and bandwidth across the creative organization including any freelancer contractorsPre-production (coordinating logistics, negotiating contracts, casting, locations...)Shoot execution (keeping the shoot moving on time and within budget...)Post-production (monitor review edit schedules, stakeholder reviews...)Oversee one direct reportInvoice vendors and timely payments for production vendorsWork with CMO and Head of Sales to establish priority list of campaignsEstablish and maintain a competitive room with product and marketing and samplesMonitor and manage the bandwidth of the China team to ensure we are maximizing their productivityOther duties as assigned
