TitleContract System Administrator ConsultantLocationOnsite 2 days a week in NYCDuration3+ months contract (extendable)We are seeking a Contract Systems Administrator Consultant to support the management, optimization, and transition of the organization's contract management system. This role involves working collaboratively with the Procurement and Contracting Team to oversee day-to-day system operations, assist users, and prepare for the implementation of a new contracting system. The ideal candidate will possess a strong attention to detail, technical expertise, and a proactive approach to improving operational efficiency.Responsibilities:System Operations: Oversee daily contract management system functions, including user data synchronization, template management, and system testing.User Management: Handle user provisioning, onboarding/offboarding processes, and manage approval/signing authorities.Process Development: Create and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs) for contracting, procurement, and compliance.User Support: Address system-related inquiries through Freshservice tickets, report trends and issues, and assist users in resolving challenges.Reporting: Prepare reports, status updates, charts, and manage data essential for team operations and senior management.Training Coordination: Support and coordinate training initiatives, develop and revise training materials, manage training environments, and administer walkthroughs using tools like WalkMe.Data Migration: Execute data cleaning projects in preparation for the transition to a new contracting system in 2025.Administrative Support: Provide logistical support for meetings, training sessions, and coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.Required:Technical Expertise:Proficient with Salesforce reporting or similar CRM platforms and relational database concepts.Experience with Coupa tools, including P2P, Sourcing, CLM Advance, and Supplier Information Management.Familiarity with Freshservice and system migration processes.Data Skills:Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (e.g., pivot tables, formulas).Experience conducting data cleaning exercises and preparing for system transitions.Soft Skills:Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.Strong analytical and interpersonal skills with a proactive problem-solving mindset.Demonstrated experience in providing high-quality support to high-needs clients.Project and Process Knowledge:Background in developing SOPs and improving operational workflows.Experience in managing multiple clients and resolving complex issues.
