The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with hiring and branch managers to build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for various positions, including Operations, IT, Finance, Accounting, HR, and Sales.Responsibilities:Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers for a variety of roles.High-Volume Recruiting: Partner with managers to hiring needs, ensuring positions are filled in a timely manner.Pipeline Building: Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs through proactive sourcing strategies.Position Specialization: Recruit for specialized roles.Candidate Sourcing: Leverage job boards, social media, networking events, and other creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely updates and clear communication.Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, provide recruitment insights, and refine selection criteria.Reporting & Metrics: Track and report key recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, candidate quality, and source effectiveness.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.Proven experience with high-volume recruiting.Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools.Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.What We Offer:Competitive salary and bonus potentialComprehensive benefits packagePaid time off and holidaysFor the right candidate possible hybrid or remote opportunityOpportunities for professional growth and developmentEqual Opportunity Statement:Join our team and play a key role in building a strong workforce to support our logistics operations!
