Position Summary & Job DescriptionThe Personal Assistant will provide comprehensive, confidential, and top-tier support to the Family Office of a NFL team owner. It is critical the Personal Assistant is organized, detailed, and has strong communication skills. This position requires a high degree of professionalism and interpersonal skills to manage a range of white-glove responsibilities with precision and a proactive approach.The Personal Assistant must be willing to travel, maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality, be comfortable with dogs, and be willing to work nights and alternative hours as needed.ResponsibilitiesLeverage technology platforms to manage the calendar of the family and staff and communicate plans to all family members and staff on a regular basis.Assist with monitoring bills and vendors activities with estate manager and bookkeeper.Manage correspondence, mail and home office filing system for family office.Schedule and manage appointments with medical providers, vendor groups and various business professionals.Shop for groceries and supplies as required.Complete various errands and drive family members and pets as needed.Schedule health and wellness appointments as needed and coordinate caregiving schedules with medical team and caregiving service provider.Assist the housekeeper in care of family pets.Assist other staff on family "special events."Arrange and coordinate special events and family travel with private charter companies.Other duties as assigned or needed.Qualifications, skills, and abilitiesBachelor's degree required.Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a related role.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.Familiarity with office gadgets and applications (e.g., e-calendars, project management software).Exceptional organizational and time management skills.Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Professional demeanor in person, over the phone, and in written communications.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion, professionalism and be willing to sign a non-disclosure agreement.Willingness to work flexible hours and adapt to changing demands and priorities.Strong problem-solving skills, the ability to make decisions independently, anticipate needs and proactively address them.Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with family members, employees, and vendors.Must be available during specified working hours and potentially outside of standard hours as needed.Valid driver's license required.Compensation ($125,000 - $175,000)Exceptional salary based on qualifications and prior professional experienceExcellent Medical and Dental Coverage OptionsPaid vacation and sick daysPaid holidays
