Community Manager

We are looking for a Community Manager for a top beauty company in New York, New York! The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing social media channels, building relationships with the brand communities, aiding in content creation efforts, and supporting additional digital activities as needed.Responsibilities:Post, monitor & engage with the community on all social media channelsWrite copy/captions and develop community responsesLead monthly editorial calendar development, source user-generated content, and ensure delivery in a timely mannerRespond to questions and comments across all social channels in a quick & timely manager with ability to spot potential crisisBuild organic relationships with influencers & advocates through community outreach, product send outs, and new consumer identificationMonitor, analyze & report on channel performance to create insights and help inform and optimize content strategyCollaborate & align with key partners to ensure launches, events and partnerships are supported on socialGenerate competitive reports & engage in competitive outreachEngage in social listening to identify and act on trendsSupport digital lead on additional digital media related requests, including but not limited to: channel management process and workflows, channel & post innovation, creative input, and support on launch plansRequired Qualifications:2-3 years in social media managementExcellent verbal communication & writing skillsA creative eye to curate cohesive and engaging social platformsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentSelf-starter with an entrepreneurial spiritEnthusiastic attitude and flexibility to adapt to a rapidly changing marketplacePassionate about social and digital media with an eye for trendsIf you meet the required qualifications and are interested in this role, please apply today.The Solomon Page DistinctionSolomon Page offers a comprehensive benefit program for hourly employees.
