Job Title: Senior Manager, Trade Marketing (North America)Location: New York City (Hybrid)Salary: Up to $150,000 + BenefitsIndustry: CosmeticsOverview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Manager of Trade Marketing to support key retailers in the North America region. This role will focus on driving profitable growth, brand loyalty, and overseeing the strategic marketing initiatives for the region. The successful candidate will be responsible for the execution of a range of programs, including new product launches, promotional activations, sampling, visual merchandising, and more.This role requires a creative, strategic, and entrepreneurial individual who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. The Senior Manager will lead a small team and must be flexible to work across multiple time zones.Key Responsibilities:Track and manage all marketing budgets, ensuring they are kept up to date, identifying challenges, and finding creative solutions for efficient resource use.Collaborate with retailer teams to bring innovative marketing ideas to life.Manage the creation of retailer-specific presentations and product setup forms.Manage sampling and gift-with-purchase (GWP) programs, ensuring smooth execution and budget compliance.Lead visual merchandising efforts for all retail partners in the North America region.Manage product website pages and digital assets, making strategic updates as necessary.Partner with influencer, media, and PR teams for relevant wholesale programs.Coordinate with the Field Sales Director and other cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.Key Requirements:Experience in trade marketing, sales, or a related field.Ideally experience working with beauty retailers, with preference given to those with Sephora experience.Proven ability to present to and negotiate with retail teams.Experience in omnichannel marketing, with a focus on visual merchandising preferred.Bachelor's degree preferred.Experience managing a team and overseeing a significant budget ($1M+).Strong project management, planning, and communication skills.
