The Associate Attorney will be responsible for handling civil litigation and/or Mass Tort cases conducting legal research, providing legal advice, negotiating settlements, and representing clients in court.QualificationsStrong knowledge of Civil Litigation experienceStrong knowledge of Mass Tort (fire) experience Excellent legal research and writing skillsAbility to provide sound legal adviceNegotiation skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAttention to detail and organization skillsJuris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law schoolAdmission to the State Bar of CaliforniaRelevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial:Experience in personal injury lawExperience in class-action, and mass tort litigationIndustryLaw PracticeEmployment TypeFull-time
