You possess a keen eye for design, balance, and scale, allowing you to visualize and create stunning end products.What you'll be doing:The Interior Design Associate will be tasked with creating high-end, visually striking homes for the Eastside market in Washington. This role requires a blend of creativity and practicality, designing homes that are both beautiful and functional while staying within budget. You will develop comprehensive design packages, including detailed specifications and 3D renderings for each room, using software such as Revit and D5. You will collaborate closely with our Architectural Designers, Senior Design Manager, Construction team, subcontractors, and trades. Your goal will be to ensure the successful execution of projects from concept through completion.Key Responsibilities and Goals:Design Compliance: Ensure projects adhere to company design standards, achieving 100% compliance for in-development projects and 80% for active ones. Implement corrective measures within 15 days for non-compliant projects.Deliverables: Provide high-quality, budget-friendly design packages using Revit, aiming for a 75% reduction in revisions and a 90% approval rate on first presentations.Presale Options: Create at least three presale design packages per project to enhance buyer experience and ease decision-making.Innovation: Integrate new, sustainable materials into the library and apply cost-effective designs. Present quarterly updates on trends and materials.Collaboration: Work with contractors, architects, and project managers to ensure seamless project execution, resolving issues within three days.Compensation and Benefits:Salary DOE: $60k - $80K base +an annual bonus based on personal contribution and company performanceIndividual bonus based on product development3 weeks PTO plus 8 Federal Holidays offMileage reimbursement at IRS rate and $50/month phone allowanceHealth and dental benefits401(k) with 4% company matching
