We are seeking a motivated professional with a proven track record in renewable energy consulting or investment banking. The ideal candidate will excel in financial modeling, thrive in fast-paced transactions, and build strong relationships with stakeholders. Candidates must be capable of working independently and contributing to the team's success in a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment.Responsibilities:Financial Modeling & Analysis: Develop and review detailed and complex financial models, including project-level forecasts, leverage sizing, sensitivity analyses, and return assessments.Ensure models accurately capture the nuances of renewable energy projects and financial structures.Transaction Execution: Collaborate with Transactions colleagues and participate in the execution of M&A deals, financings, tax equity investments, and asset acquisitions/ dispositions.Collaborate with legal, tax, and project teams to ensure seamless transaction closings.Strategic Presentations: Prepare high-quality investment memos, presentations, and detailed financial analyses for senior leadership and the board of directors.Negotiation & Coordination: Actively participate in negotiations with counterparties in financing and asset acquisition / sell transactions.Coordinate and manage the negotiation of transaction documents with legal counsel and internal teams.Stakeholder & Investor Relations: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including significant investors, developers, lenders, and tax equity partners.Represent the company professionally in meetings, presentations, and negotiations.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (e.g., transaction, accounting, development, interconnection, EPC, operations, and legal) to drive efficiency in processes and ensure successful deal execution.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree, business or finance preferred, advanced degree is a plus.3-5 years of transaction analysis, investment banking, private equity or other business consulting experience, energy industry experience is a plusExperience building complex financial models in Microsoft ExcelExperience preparing and presenting sophisticated financial analysis to senior stakeholdersFamiliarity with renewable energy finance, including tax equity structures, project finance, and M&A transactions preferredStrong understanding of energy markets and regulatory considerations is a plus.Ability to prioritizeOrganized and strong attention to detailCollaborate & communicate effectivelyAbility to work independently and handle multiple projects with deadlinesProblem solver, see how different areas of the business function standalone and in aggregate to help generate efficienciesInterest in professional and technical growth and developmentPosition Compensation:Agilitas employee benefits include (but are not limited to):Competitive salary and bonus potentialComprehensive health, vision and dental insurance.Health Savings and Flex Spending Account eligibility401k plan eligibilityEmployee Assistance ProgramAccess to Group Life and Personal Accident InsuranceAccess to Short & Long-Term Disability InsuranceNo agencies please.
