We empower our team members to invest in their personal growth, knowledge, and skills.The Event Planning Administrator will work remotely, supporting our US division, All Traffic Solutions (ATS). This role will play a crucial role in managing the administrative and logistical aspects of marketing campaigns and events. This is a process-driven, detail-oriented role requiring a high level of accuracy and accountability. While this position supports marketing campaigns and events, it does not involve creative content development or high-level event planning.ResponsibilitiesUse Google Sheets to track event logistics, budgets, and vendor information, maintaining meticulous records and timelines.Input event details, vendor information, and service purchases into Salesforce and other systems to maintain accurate CRM records.Fill out and submit trade show and event registration forms, ensuring all details are correctly completed and deadlines are met.Follow established processes for event logistics, vendor management, and CRM updates, ensuring all tasks adhere to company policies and timelines while maintaining a high degree of accuracy.Thoroughly proofread all documentation, forms, and materials before submission to ensure compliance with company standards and prevent errors.Manage vendor communications and ensure services (such as electricity, Wi-Fi, and carpet) are secured and provided in accordance with event needs.Maintain detailed and organized records of expenses, purchases, and receipts related to marketing and event activities.Communicate effectively with internal Sales and Marketing teams to ensure alignment on event details, promotional materials, and campaign needs.Organize the team's shared drive by cataloging photos and videos, updating print marketing material requests and maintaining brand guidelines documentation.Assist with coordinating customer testimonials, case studies, and product spotlights for various marketing efforts.Monitor and report on the status of events and tasks, ensuring deliverables and deadlines are consistently met.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred or equivalent experience.Experience in marketing coordination, event logistics, or a similar administrative role.Strong attention to detail with a proven ability to handle complex administrative tasks, especially in Google Sheets.Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM for tracking and managing event-related data.Experience in data entry, form completion, and vendor management for events.Experience using Google Drive to organize, update, and share files across teams.Comfortable with repetitive tasks such as data entry, form completion, and vendor follow-ups, while maintaining consistent accuracy and focus.Ability to multitask and stay organized while managing several detailed processes.Strong communication skills for liaising with vendors, internal Sales and Marketing teams, and external partners.Highly organized with the ability to track multiple moving parts for large events.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, start-up environment.Logix ITS is an equal opportunity employer.
