They change the way we live, work, and think in a positive way.What We're Looking ForWe're seeking a Principal Solutions Architect with expertise in web and mobile application engineering to lead the architecture and development of next-generation solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of the latest application technologies, scalable architectures, and modern engineering practices. You'll work closely with clients, technical teams, and stakeholders to drive strategic innovation and deliver exceptional results.Key Responsibilities:Application Strategy & ArchitectureArchitect scalable, secure, and high-performing web and mobile applications aligned with clients' business goals.Design and lead the development of modern application frameworks, leveraging best practices in microservices, serverless architectures, and containerization.Client EngagementConduct client assessments to understand requirements and craft tailored, end-to-end application solutions.Provide technical leadership to executives, decision-makers, and development teams throughout project lifecycles.Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to align application architecture with user experience and business strategy.Guide technology selection and implementation, ensuring adherence to best practices and modern engineering standards.Technical InnovationStay ahead of trends in web and mobile engineering, including frameworks, tools, and methodologies.Incorporate emerging technologies (e.g., AI, ML, edge computing) into solutions to create value for clients.Mentorship & Team DevelopmentCoach and mentor developers, fostering a culture of learning, innovation, and high performance.Advocate for engineering excellence, ensuring robust testing, resiliency, and operational stability across applications.Business DevelopmentSupport pre-sales efforts by developing technical proposals, presenting solutions to stakeholders, and contributing to SOW development.Identify new opportunities to expand InRhythm's application-focused consulting services.What You Bring to the Table10+ years of experience in IT consulting, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in web and mobile application engineering.Proven expertise in cloud-native technologies, including containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes), serverless architectures, and CI/CD pipelines.Extensive experience designing and deploying mobile and web applications leveraging modern frameworks like React, Angular, Vue.js, Flutter, or SwiftUI.Advanced knowledge of software architecture, including microservices, API management, and event-driven systems.Strong proficiency in mobile platforms (iOS and Android) and progressive web applications (PWAs).In-depth understanding of DevSecOps practices, with the ability to build secure, compliant applications.Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences, including executives and non-technical stakeholders.A strong track record of mentoring teams, managing resources, and delivering high-quality technical solutions on time and within budget.Certifications in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and mobile/web development are a plus.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred).Why Join InRhythm?At InRhythm, you'll be part of a team that's as passionate about innovation as you are.
