Real Estate Paralegal - Brooklyn, NY Our dynamic, full-service law firm is seeking a Real Estate Paralegal with 5+ years of experience to join our Real Estate and Coop/Condominium Practice Group. This is a full-time position based in our Brooklyn office.As a key member of our team, you'll play an integral role in real estate transactions, assisting with document preparation, title clearance, and closing coordination. Experience with condominium and cooperative housing transactions is a must!Key Responsibilities:Assist attorneys in preparing contracts, closing documents, and ACRIS transfer tax returns.Represent apartment corporations as transfer agents for cooperative apartment sales.Draft condominium offering plans, amendments, and other required legal documents.Coordinate closings and work closely with legal staff and title companies to resolve title objections.What We're Looking For:5+ years of real estate paralegal experience.Strong understanding of title and survey documents, condo offerings, and co-op closings.Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.Team player with a collaborative attitude, eager to contribute in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.Why Join Us?Work directly with a talented team of attorneys and clients in a supportive environment.Join a firm that values hard work, client satisfaction, and a collaborative culture.Competitive compensation and career growth opportunities.
