OpportunityCorsha has an opening for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team and help identify sales leads, drive company growth, and execute customer outreach at the direction of our sales leadership. The SDRs will support the sales function in the company and will work both independently and at the direction of the marketing and sales leadership to uncover sales qualified leads (SQLs) through targeted e-mail, phone and digital marketing campaigns. SDRs are also responsible for connecting with prospects who may have interest in Corsha or have reached out to us as a result of our marketing, advertising, and social media efforts. SDRs will prioritize leads and accounts, research leads and contacts, craft personalized messaging, and deliver messages through our accepted channels. The SDR role is a great place to start and grow a sales career.Responsibilities and ExperienceOur SDRs will have the following responsibilities:? Follow up on inbound and outbound leads through various channels to identify leads and push prospects further into Corsha's sales process? Make around 30-50 outbound "cold calls" per day? Generate sales qualified leads and arrange meetings and opportunities for Corsha's sales leadership ? Research market prospects and contacts, and generate interest through calls and e-mails? Be able to explain Corsha's capabilities and value proposition, and demo Corsha products at a high-level? Utilize active listening skills to understand and uncover customer needs and business problems to effectively communicate how Corsha can solve them? Consistently achieve quota by hitting call, email, and meeting targets? Use and maintain common tools and applications designed to support the sales process (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) ? Freely collaborate with other members of the Corsha team to drive deals forwardOur SDRs will have the following experience and qualifications:? College or university degree, or equivalent work experience, in an area applicable to sales? A positive and enthusiastic attitude and an ability to proactively and positively engage with prospects? Excellent written and verbal communication skills? Excellent time management and organizational skills ? Ability to navigate different systems and tools and follow process ? Highly motivated and driven individual who thrives working towards achieving sales targets? Ability to freely collaborate and work towards common goals and objectives to benefit the Corsha team?
