Theater Manager

The Latchis Theatre in Brattleboro, Vermont, is seeking a dynamic and driven individual with a passion for cinema and live events to manage an independent, historic four-screen movie and live event theater in the heart of a community named among "the Best Small Towns in the Country." The Theater Manager is responsible for all aspects of the successful and profitable operation of the Latchis Theatre, including:Selection and presentation of mainstream and independent movies; Delivery of vibrant and safe patron experiences; Marketing of events and programs across multiple channels;Maintenance and improvement of theater equipment and technology;Financial and data managementSupervision and development of theater staff. Working with the Executive Directorand community partners, the Theater Manager willplay a lead role in planning, coordinating and presentingspecial programs, live events, film series, and other diverse community activities in the theater. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication and people skills, and a talent for problem-solving, collaboration, innovation, and teamwork. Qualifications include 3+ years of experience in a management or key programming role in a creative sector setting.We offer a salary in the range of $55K-$60K, plus health, vision and dental insurance.
