If you're looking forward to working with awesome colleagues in a high-growth environment and tight-knit community, we're looking forward to hearing from you.We're looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to Source, Vet and Close bar-raising senior technical consultants into our consulting practice areasSource candidates using a variety of creative means, including our ATS and proactive recruitment of passive candidates through online databases and social media such as LinkedIn RecruiterPerform and facilitate all phases of the interviewing process up to, and including, the onsite interview. This includes pre-screening resumes, phone interviews, coordinating and scheduling onsite interviews, and candidate relationship management throughout the entire processWork with Hiring Managers to verify and improve job descriptions based on evolving needs. While doing so, also provide insight into current market availabilityWork with Hiring Managers to complete New Hire Authorization packets and provide insight into appropriate salaries and levels with guidance from DirectorExtend and negotiate verbal offers when neededOccasional collaboration with third party recruitment agencies for certain roles if neededFrequently update our Applicant Tracking System with current applicant pipeline development and status informationCreation and maintenance of recruiting reports as necessaryWho you are As a Senior Member of the Talent Acquisition Team you would work side by side with Account Managers, Sales Teams and Leadership team to actively source, recruit and onboard the best Architects, Front End/Backend Engineers and UX/UI Designers. You will also become a Brand Ambassador of InRhythm both over the phone and in-person at events and meetups. We are looking for a candidate with a diverse skill set including:7+ years of technical recruiting experienceFull-pipeline experience hiring consulting engineers (Big 4 experience a huge plus)Deep expertise vetting technical candidates to meet requirementsExperience validating priorities and delivering under deadlinesCollege Degree focusing in HR, Marketing or Computer Science preferredAt InRhythm, we firmly believe that our employees' diverse backgrounds and experiences set us apart and drive our collective success.
