Job SummaryWe are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business development through effective communication and relationship-building with potential clients. This role requires a strong understanding of technology sales, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will play a crucial role in generating leads, managing customer relationships, and contributing to the overall growth of the company.CompanyFarm X is a global distributor of agriculture equipment. We provide farming operations with high-quality ag equipment. We help agricultural manufacturers expand their global presence by offering sales, marketing, and logistics services. Duties• Conduct outbound cold calling to prospective clients to generate interest in our products and services (50+ per Day).• Utilize PandaDoc to track leads, manage customer interactions, and report on sales activities.• Engage in warm calling to follow up on leads generated through marketing efforts.• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional customer service and support.• Negotiate terms and close sales effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.• Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and strategies for growth.• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to effectively position our solutions.Qualifications• 2 Years of required experience in inside sales or technology sales is preferred.• Strong business development skills with a focus on building long-term client relationships.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage clients effectively.• Proficiency in using PipeDrive or similar CRM software for managing sales processes.• Ability to perform outbound cold and warm calling with confidence and professionalism.• Strong negotiation skills with a results-oriented mindset.• A background in customer service is advantageous, demonstrating an understanding of client needs and expectations.If you are passionate about sales and eager to contribute to a growing team, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity as an Inside Sales Representative!Job Type: Full-timeSupplemental Pay:• Bonus opportunities• Commission pay• Performance bonus• Quarterly bonusExperience:• CRM software: 2 years (Required)• Data mining: 1 year (Required)• Sales: 2 years (Required)
