Job Title: Oracle Cloud SaaS Program Manager Location: Must be local or willing to relocate to AtlantaThe Oracle Cloud SaaS Program Manager is responsible for managing multi-cultural and techno-functional teams in the delivery of Oracle Cloud projects (Fin, SCM, HCM & EPM) that solve client business problems.The Project Manager oversee all phases of the project including providing progress reporting for all work products, deliverables, and milestones.Responsibilities:Direct and oversee both onshore and offshore teams in the successful delivery of the projects.Actively participate in risk and change management on projectsManage scope by identifying and creating change requestsProvide detailed task planning, effort estimation and progress tracking for all development-related activities and ensure the development team delivers to project planManage business expectations and ensure customer satisfactionRequired Skills:9-13 years of experience managing multiple full life cycle Oracle implementationsMust have worked on at least 5-6 Oracle Cloud/Fusion or Multi-Pillar projectsProficient in following Scrum methodology for build phase and Oracle TCM+ documentation standardsStrong consulting experience and business analytical skillsAble to work independently and manage multiple assignmentsImplementation in global environments or international experienceGood communication, presentation and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team membersNice to Have Skills:PMP CertificationExperience with MS Project, Power Point and online Agile Collaboration Tools such as Jira or RallyQualifications:Bachelor's Degree or higher is required in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or Computer ScienceWilling to travel up to 75%Life at CapgeminiCapgemini supports all aspects of your well-being throughout the changing stages of your life and career.
