We aim to exceed client expectations and foster meaningful relationships.Position OverviewUnder the general supervision of the Managing Director (MD) and/or Senior Wealth Advisor, the Associate Wealth Advisor (AWA) is responsible for managing and monitoring client relationships. This role involves understanding clients' financial goals, implementing financial plans, and integrating financial planning, risk management, investment management, tax planning, and estate planning services.Essential FunctionsAdhere to core processes and service models for delivering wealth management services.Maintain clear communication with clients regarding service expectations and deliverables.Support client relationship management in partnership with Senior Wealth Advisors or Managing Directors to ensure a consistent and positive client experience.Collaborate with internal support teams, including Operations and Investment Management, to deliver outstanding client service.Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans tailored to clients' specific needs and goals, addressing financial, risk, tax, investment, and estate planning.Design and implement portfolio strategies to help meet clients' financial objectives in collaboration with investment management teams.Analyze clients' risk profiles and create strategies to protect and preserve wealth.Coordinate with clients' accountants, attorneys, and other advisors to ensure cohesive and comprehensive wealth management.EducationBachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, economics, or related field; MBA strongly preferred.Series 65 required; Certified Financial PlannerĀ® certification highly desirable or willingness to complete upon onboarding.ExperienceBackground in client service, relationship management, and wealth management.Strong knowledge of financial planning, risk management, investment management, tax planning, and estate planning.Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy in client service.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Technical SkillsProficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Teams, Excel).Proficient in Zoom.Experience with Practifi (Salesforce) or similar CRM preferred.Familiarity with Custodian Platforms (e.g., Fidelity, Schwab) preferred.Experience with eMoney preferred.Other RequirementsProvide professional and courteous service to clients, prospects, and colleagues.Effectively manage customer inquiries and resolve complaints.Prioritize workloads and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Maintain attention to detail and high standards of accuracy.Communicate effectively and relay information to others, including senior management.Write concise, logical, and grammatically correct reports.Organize and maintain efficient processes.This role has a competitive base and bonus, and top tier benefits.
