However, the actual offered salary may vary depending on factors such as relevant education, skills and experience.Job Responsibilities:The Brand Manager will play a key role in building the Cointreau brand in the US; developing and implementing brand marketing plans and programs, driving both brand equity and commercial performance. This role is responsible for the planning and execution of through-the-line marketing programs, including above and below-the-line (ATL/BTL) creative development & media planning. This role will also be responsible for managing the annual brand budget and involvement in monthly brand/category business analytics/reviews. The position will work directly with Trade Marketing, Sales, Finance, and external agencies to ensure programs are in line with overall brand strategy.Core Responsibilities: Responsible for the strategy, design, implementation, and measurement of through-the-line programs, including leading & execution of ATL creative assets, PR amplification and media planning:A. Partner with the Senior Brand Director and brand team counterparts to evolve and optimize brand strategy, balancing strategic equity objectives with commercial needs.B. Deliver the annual/quarterly media plan, including rollout of ATL creative assets, development of PR & content partnerships and full 360 deliverables across key tentpoles. C. Lead the planning & execution of social media & influencers calendar across organic & paid. D. Partner with Senior Brand Director/global team to explore & deliver innovation projects to market. E. Develop quarterly BTL programming for the on and off premise from brief to execution to measurement. Develop quarterly program decks to be shared across brand marketing, trade marketing, and sales team, leading the development of key visuals & POS/tools.Identify emerging opportunities across on and off trade channels and develop test & learn scenarios to quickly adapt for future programming.F. Full ownership and management of annual budget to ensure proper phasing, tracking, and reconciliation of marketing A&P. Manage and regularly update a detailed budget tracker, to be shared across brand marketing and finance.Work closely with brand finance controller to regularly report any risks & opportunities with budget.G. Report on monthly business/category performance and competitive analysis.Regular reporting of brand/category performance through data analysis of Nielsen, NABCA/DISCUS, IWSR, internal RAD sources.Work closely with brand finance controller as well as business intelligence team to convert data into insights and action. Work cross-functionally and establish key relationships both internally and externally:Internal: US Brand Marketing, Global Brand Team, US Trade Marketing, National Accounts, Sales and Field Activation Team, Legal, Finance, Accounting, Business Intelligence.External: Media Agency, PR & Social Agency, Shopper Marketing, Design, POS production vendors.Minimum Job Qualifications:5+ years' experience in brand marketing. Spirits background preferred but not mandatory.Strong business analytics skills and data-driven mindset. Experience managing and tracking extensive brand budgets and collaborating with finance departments.Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with key stakeholders, 3rd party agencies and vendors.Exceptional organizational skills and sharp attention to detail. High level of autonomy with the ability to anticipate opportunities and develop actionable solutions. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills including ability to develop methodologies and execute analysis independently, ability to quickly adapt and execute feedback, ability to identify actionable findings within analysis and develop recommendations.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - PowerPoint, Excel, etc. Education / Professional Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication and Media, or equivalent.
