Their commitment to excellence, efficiency, and a client-centered approach sets them apart in the legal community.Role Overview:We are looking for a Senior Attorney with a minimum of 10 years of experience in plaintiff personal injury law to lead high-stakes cases in our litigation department. This role will require a proactive and independent attorney capable of managing significant cases with minimal supervision and ensuring that they are trial-ready.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage complex personal injury cases, including trial preparation and strategy development.Represent clients in depositions, court appearances, and negotiations.Collaborate with junior associates and paralegals to ensure comprehensive case management.Maintain high standards of quality and efficiency, meeting critical deadlines and performance objectives.Engage in client interactions to build strong relationships and ensure satisfaction.Qualifications:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.At least 10 years of experience in plaintiff personal injury law, with a proven track record in managing significant cases.Strong organizational skills and the ability to independently handle a caseload of up to 60 cases.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Bilingual Spanish speakers are a plus.Compensation:Base salary of $250,000, plus a percentage of fees generated on resolved cases.
