The role includes a competitive base salary plus performance-based incentivesKey Responsibilities:Strategically lead the firm's litigation efforts, handling complex cases from inception to resolution, including trial representation.Oversee case strategies, depositions, mediation, and trial preparation to ensure optimal outcomes for clients.Provide leadership and mentorship to attorneys and legal staff, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.Collaborate with firm leadership to refine processes, improve efficiencies, and enhance client service.Serve as a community ambassador for the firm, reflecting its values and commitment to giving back.Manage multiple high-stakes cases simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and objectives are consistently met.Qualifications:Juris Doctor (JD) degree with an active license to practice law in Georgia.10+ years of litigation experience, including significant trial experience.Proven leadership and supervisory experience within a legal setting.Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and lead a team.A demonstrated commitment to community involvement and public service.Proven ability to balance litigation and leadership responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
