Lab Technician - Cosmetics Packaging

We are seeking an experienced Lab Technician with a background in packaging or cosmetics to join our team. This role is critical to developing and ensuring the quality of innovative packaging solutions tailored to the beauty industry.ResponsibilitiesConduct physical, chemical, and compatibility testing of packaging materials to ensure quality standards.Use Fishbowl ERP to manage inventory, track testing materials, and maintain accurate records.Support the development and validation of new packaging designs for cosmetic products.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess product compatibility with packaging solutions.Accurately document all testing procedures, findings, and results.Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure accurate testing outcomes.Follow safety standards, protocols, and industry regulations.QualificationsDegree or certification in Chemistry, Material Science, or a related field.Experience in packaging or cosmetics is required.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Knowledge of quality control processes and regulatory compliance within the cosmetics or packaging industry.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Local applicants only.SalaryDOE (depends on experience)BenefitsMedical, dental, 401(k), and more.Job TypeFull-time
