Our client is seeking a talented Presentation Specialist to join their dynamic team. This role is perfect for a creative individual with a knack for producing compelling materials that captivate both internal and external audiences.As a Presentation Specialist, you will be responsible for creating cost-effective products such as pitchbooks, proposals, financial statements, brochures, infographics, and complex presentation covers. You will utilize your advanced graphic skillset and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite to deliver high-quality results. Location: This is full time in the office position (no remote days). Work location could be , New York City or in the Brooklyn office. Please be aware your office location may be interchangeable between the two locations, based on business need.HOURS: 6pm-3am (can start later than 6pm if you prefer) but this is an overnight shiftRate: $40/hour3+ month contractKey Responsibilities:Intake of presentation and graphic design requests, ensuring quality, timeliness, and overall client satisfactionCreate, produce, edit, and annotate graphic designs, multimedia files, and documents in accordance with specificationsManage and prioritize multiple deadlines, functioning independently with limited work directionUphold our client's brand integrity while meeting the need for creative, professional, high-quality, and cost-effective graphic materialsDevelop knowledge of deal process and banker roles to improve understanding of document requirements and provide excellent customer serviceThe ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, high-demand environment and has the ability to build strong relationships with clients, our global team, and internal support groups. Excellent communication skills, adaptability, and a positive attitude are integral attributes for success in this role.Qualifications:4-6 years professional experience in presentation design support at a corporate levelExpert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and WordExperience and understanding in design concepts, visual communication, and infographic storytellingFlexibility and attention to detailAbility to follow instructions and accept feedback and directionBonus: Working knowledge of Dreamweaver, Premiere, After Effects, Photography, ArcGIS, 3D Modeling, Illustration, or AnimationEducation in Graphic Design and/or Corporate Communications is preferred. This role requires a professional, diplomatic, and approachable individual who can work well with others in a high-pressure environment.
