We'll be working side-by-side to set you up for success and build this function out together.Who you arepassionate and experienced in serving our aging population (particularly those with dementia): ideally you've been a geriatric care manager or worked as a care manager, care navigator, or care coordinator for the geriatric populationentrepreneurialyou're excited to roll up your sleeves, experiment, and iterate as we operate in ambiguity in the early days of building a companyrelentless in delighting familiesyou derive energy from helping older adults and their families navigate the complexities of aging and exude infectious energy and warmth to those around youaction-orientedyou believe truth is in the field and you need to try things in order to learna licensed social worker (LCSW / LMSW) or a licensed registered nurse (RN)
