We are currently seeking an interim Director level Marketing Communications & Social Media Manager to lead marketing and social media efforts for our client. This position involves developing high-level marketing strategies, managing social media platforms and content creation, and overseeing website updates on a WordPress platform. You will collaborate with key stakeholders and lead a small team to deliver impactful, polished, on-brand communications in a fast-paced environment.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategic marketing, content development, and social media management, with excellent leadership skills and attention to detail. Location: Onsite - Brentwood, TN 37027Employment Type: ContractStart Date: ASAPHours per Week: Full-Time, 40 hours, 8-5, Monday to FridayPay Rate: $45-$55/hr DOEKey Responsibilities:Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies, including digital, print, and social media campaigns.Manage marketing plans and ensure timely execution of campaigns, adhering to brand standards.Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform marketing strategies and improve performance.Collaborate with senior leadership to establish measurable KPIs and track campaign success.Provide insights and recommendations based on performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.Oversee the creation of marketing materials using InDesign, ensuring brand consistency across all collateral.Direct social media content strategy, including graphics, headers, and posts for Meta (Facebook/Instagram), X (formerly Twitter), and LinkedIn.Create and schedule engaging content, including posts, videos, and stories, tailored to diverse audiences.Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across all social media channels.Coordinate cross-functional efforts, working closely with internal teams to meet tight deadlines.Oversee website updates on a WordPress platform, including content and layout enhancements.Review and approve marketing collateral, ensuring accuracy, quality, and brand alignment.Engage with social media audiences by monitoring channels, responding to comments/messages, and fostering community growth.Core Requirements:6-8 years of experience in marketing, social media management, and content development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.Strong proficiency in InDesignWordPress, and major social media platforms.Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Exceptional organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.High attention to detail, with a commitment to producing error-free materials.Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving measurable marketing results.This role is ideal for a marketing leader who excels in both strategy and execution.
