Job Title: Business Analyst - PaymentsDuration: FTE/Direct Hire PermanentLocation: NY, NY / Pittsburgh, PA ( 3-4 days from client office, Hybrid )Job Description:Prior experience withPayment life cycle functions - initiation, validation, routing, settlement etc.ISO 20022 standardsPayment rails - ACH, Wires, FedNow, Real Time Payments.Hands on experience on payment systems and exposure to Payments Hub, Clearing and Settlement and channels. knowledge on payment life cycle (Client Clearing) for High Value, Mass & Bulk payments, and Instant Payments. Skill set / experience neededSWIFT Payment processing and knowledge of ISO20022Familiar with US payment schemesAbility to visualize UX solutionWork with Product Dev and QA teamAbility to Perform UATDocumentation using JIRA and ConfluenceWell versed with Agile conceptsProvide demo and walkthroughsFlexible with working hoursGood communication skillsMinimum 4 years' experience in paymentsBA certifications are good to haveBanking domain idea will helpClient interactions and stakeholder management will be an added advantage
