Job DescriptionIn this role, you will leverage your organizational, analytical, and time-management skills to provide operational and client support to both internal and external clients of The Forge Companies. As a Case Analyst, you will act as the bridge between client-facing Financial Consultants and client onboarding, ensuring a seamless client experience. You will be responsible for tracking, anticipating, and coordinating the next steps in the case life cycle, while managing tasks between teams. This role requires a GA Life Insurance license, or the ability to obtain it within 6 months of the date of hire. Essential FunctionsReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Build trusted relationships with clients and teammates.Provide direct support to a team of Financial Consultants to service the needs of our clients and attorneys.Maintain accurate records within Alloy (our proprietary Customer Relationship Management platform) with a list of prospects and clients and have the ability to provide real time case status updates.Develop knowledge of the processes and procedures of onboarding structured settlement annuities.Apply basic product knowledge of Forge's core suite of products (structured settlement annuities, traditional annuities, trust referrals, and investment account referrals).Review data in company-wide reports to ensure accuracy.Review and analyze case documents, fact patterns, and details to ensure understanding of all aspects of the case and plan. Create suitable, accurate settlement recommendation materials for client meetings. Save and create a record of materials within Alloy and our Document Management Platform (M-Files).Support Financial Consultants with pre-meeting sales materials, prospect notes, post-meeting debriefs, and updates.Schedule, support, and notate the confirmation of sold products. Direct production teams into action based on confirmed sales and next steps.Receive and review client policies for accuracy. Coordinate mailing policies with production teams.Handle client and attorney communication follow ups.Other duties as needed.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Positive energy and an optimistic outlookCollege Degree in related field or equivalent work experience.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office products; ability to create documented procedures, detailed spreadsheets and utilize Teams and Outlook.Must possess strong organizational, research, and analytical skills while maintaining confidentiality.Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.Ability to communicate with tact and diplomacy with all members of the team.Excellent customer service skills.Flexibility in handling multiple projects.Ability to work effectively under pressure within limited time constraints.Must be a self-starter; able to work independently and with a team.Ability to self-identify opportunities for improvement and problem solve.Exercise good judgement, discretion, prioritization, accuracy, organizational ability, initiative, and strong interpersonal skills. Proficient with or able to quickly learn the administrative and financial systems and applications used in the organization.Preferred SkillsExperience working in a financial services environment.Knowledge of the financial services industry and terminology.Ability to navigate and document in a CRM.Physical RequirementsProlonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.Must be able to lift fifteen pounds at times. Travel RequirementsLess than 5% of the time, but occasional travel is necessary.
