Job Description Product Management Corporate Recruiter In this role, you will support Product Management talent acquisition, and the Corporate Recruiter will have full-lifecycle recruiting responsibilities. The ideal candidate will lead all recruiting activities for a distinct line of business and location, work with hiring managers as a staffing consultant to identify resource needs, create job descriptions and candidate profiles as well as develop internal and external recruiting strategies, execute strategies, and meet demand.Responsibilities:Provide recruiting services in accordance with our recruiting process, standards, and systemsManages recruiting process for "high level" difficult positions, specialty positions, broad client groups, highly technical client groups, or complex track recruitingSelf-directed execution of the full life cycle recruiting process with an emphasis on meeting time-to-fill goalsDevelop an effective sourcing strategy to provide a continuous flow of quality and quantity of candidates for the pipelinePossess strong candidate and client management skills, with a proven ability to influenceDevelop and execute strategies autonomously to include networking, call lists, niche social networking, and general industry knowledgeActs as a recruiting partner and a subject matter expert to business leadership, hiring managers, and other key stakeholdersIdentify 'root cause' solutions to complex recruiting issues and ability to implement solutions that will mitigate immediate problems and future potential issuesAddress ambiguous situations or challenges and respond accordingly, drawing on ones subject matter expertise, skills, and abilitiesScreens and counsels candidates, coaches the hiring team, and negotiates the closeEffectively facilitate formal consensus meetings with the hiring teamIndependent involvement when developing and executing strategiesPractice attention to detail and flawless execution of requisition processingProven ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environmentMinimum qualifications:5 years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience2 years experience in Recruiting Strategy: Collaborate with recruiting managers and peers to develop and implement recruiting strategyBachelor's degreeIdeal qualifications:7 years full-lifecycle recruiting experience2 years of experience recruiting Technical or Product Management talentInfluential communicator, both verbal and writtenAbility to work independently to meet hiring needs/produce resultsBig tech experience preferredDexian is an Equal Opportunity Employer that recruits and hires qualified candidates without regard to race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, national origin, ancestry, citizenship, disability, or veteran status.
