With a strong focus on community, content, and creating meaningful connections, we are expanding our influencer marketing team to further amplify our voice in the digital space.We're looking for a strategic, results-driven Influencer Marketing Manager to lead and execute our influencer marketing initiatives across multiple platforms. This role is critical in developing and nurturing relationships with influencers, managing campaigns, and driving measurable results that align with our brand's goals.Key Responsibilities:Influencer Strategy & Campaign Management: Develop and implement data-driven influencer marketing strategies that support brand objectives, drive awareness, and increase sales across multiple digital platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).Relationship Building: Identify, engage, and build strong relationships with relevant influencers, brand ambassadors, and key opinion leaders (KOLs) to ensure brand alignment and foster long-term partnerships.Campaign Execution & Optimization: Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns, from initial outreach and contract negotiations to post-campaign analysis and reporting. Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and performance.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the creative, PR, social media, and product teams to ensure cohesive influencer messaging and alignment with broader marketing and business goals.Budget Management: Oversee influencer marketing budgets, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently to achieve campaign goals while staying within financial constraints.Analytics & Reporting: Track key performance metrics (KPIs) for influencer marketing campaigns, providing regular updates on progress, performance, and insights to senior leadership. Use data to optimize future campaigns.Market Research & Trend Monitoring: Stay ahead of industry trends, influencer market shifts, and new platforms, adapting strategies as needed to stay competitive.Qualifications:Experience: 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or social media marketing, with a proven track record of executing successful influencer campaigns.Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the influencer marketing landscape, including different types of influencers (macro, micro, nano), trends in social media, and platform-specific best practices.Analytical Skills: Proficiency in using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Instagram Insights, TikTok Analytics, etc.) to track campaign performance and extract actionable insights.Project Management: Exceptional organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly present ideas and collaborate effectively with influencers, partners, and internal teams.Creativity & Innovation: Ability to think creatively, design compelling campaigns, and identify unique opportunities for brand partnerships and collaborations.Remote/Hybrid Work: Experience working in a remote or hybrid environment is a plus.
