Prior manufacturing/production environment work experience highly preferredPosition Overview:The Human Resource Manager will lead and manage daily HR operations, including recruitment, pay administration, benefits, leave, and policy enforcement. This role requires discretion, independent judgment, and the ability to manage sensitive situations effectively.Key Responsibilities:Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with organizational needs, focusing on talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning.Provide guidance on complex HR issues, including accommodations, investigations, and terminations.Manage recruitment and hiring processes for managerial and professional roles, collaborating with departments on required skills and competencies.Analyze compensation and benefits trends, recommending competitive pay structures to attract and retain top talent.Develop and implement employee learning and development programs.Oversee employee discipline, investigations, and terminations.Ensure compliance with employment laws and best practices; review policies as needed.Stay updated on HR trends, employment laws, and technology advancements.Perform additional duties as required.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities.High attention to detail with strong organizational skills.Analytical problem-solving skills.Ability to prioritize and delegate tasks as needed.Strong integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations.Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software systems.
