Brown & Brown has an exciting opportunity available for a Personal Lines Key Account Manager for our team in White Plains, NY! The Personal Lines Key Account Manager primary responsibilities are to include building client relationships to identify their insurance exposures and offer insurance solutions. The result is to increase client retention and increase production of business.WHAT YOU'LL DO:Build, expand and solidify relationships with clients at all levels within the company and use appropriate resources to address the customers' needs of existing and prospective customers.Provide service for clients which includes but is not limited to initiating regular account reviews to offer any necessary adjustments to existing policies and/or offer new policies/endorsements to properly protect clients' assets including confirm proposals, applications for signatures, binders, policies, etc.Correspond and maintain contact with carriers (ex: technical support teams, underwriters, customer service, etc.) for quoting system & underwriting guideline updates to ensure accuracy of quotes and policies.Coordinate with department marketing support, producers, and Personal Lines assistants as necessary.Operate a personal computer and appropriate software packages or their equivalent. Access carrier & other websites to obtain information as needed to properly service accounts & document system.Meet Requirements for licensing as directed by Brown & Brown of New York.WHAT YOU'LL NEED:5+ years experience in a similar positionProperty & Casualty Insurance license Preferred QualificationsExceptional telephone demeanorMust be experienced in using the internet and utilizing online systemsExcellent writing and oral communication skills are requiredAbility to navigate MS Office/Excel/PowerPoint/AMFRS/carrier websites for quoting, etc. (Training will be provided) ?
