If you're passionate about solving complex problems and creating tools that will directly impact students' lives, this role is for you.ImpactAs our Partnerships & Growth Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in expanding our reach, driving meaningful partnerships with K-12 school districts, and enhancing the impact we make on student mental health across the nation. You'll work directly with schools and districts to ensure successful adoption of our platform, while also leading strategic initiatives that shape Lenny's presence in education.The RoleWe're seeking two Partnership & Growth Leads to join our founding team. Each Lead will own a geographic territory and will collaborate closely with the founders and leadership team, helping to shape and execute our growth strategy. You'll take ownership of our partnership initiatives, lead impactful marketing campaigns, and ensure that our platform meets the needs of our expanding network of educators and mental health professionals.Territory StructureEach lead will be responsible for one of two defined territories. Territory assignments will be determined during the onboarding process, taking into account experience, strengths, as well as business needs.Key ResponsibilitiesPartnership DevelopmentBuild and Scale Partnerships: Develop and implement a partnership strategy focused on expanding into K-12 districts. Identify new opportunities and introduce our platform to key stakeholders.Support Partner Onboarding & Assistance: Facilitate onboarding for new partners and provide ongoing support to enhance their experience.Oversee Contract & Invoicing Operations: Manage contractual agreements and invoicing with partners to ensure smooth financial and operational processes.Lead RFP and RFI Initiatives: Drive the development and response process for Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs), securing growth opportunities in educational partnerships.Program Success & ImplementationManage Program Implementation & Relationships: Coordinate regional program implementations and serve as the primary contact for partners, representing Lenny at regional and national conferences.Coordinate Grant and Funding Programs: Identify funding opportunities, manage grant programs, report on impact, and work towards continuous improvement.Growth & VisibilityDrive Marketing and Outreach Campaigns: Create and execute campaigns to boost visibility and strengthen partnerships. Leverage social media, content marketing, and digital channels to engage potential partners, tell our story, and highlight our impact.Represent Lenny at Events: Network and build relationships at conferences and other events to promote Lenny's mission.Operations & SystemsOptimize Systems & Processes: Manage CRM and support systems (e.g., Folk.app, Notion) to streamline program scheduling, communications, and partner engagement.Your Primary GoalsIncrease District Partnerships: Expand Lenny's presence across school districts nationwide.Drive Customer Success: Ensure that current customers derive maximum benefit and impact from using Lenny.QualificationsNeed to have:Experience building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders.Experience presenting to executive stakeholders or large audiences (100+ people).Proven ability to take ownership and drive results.Strong problem-solving skills using first-principles thinking.Ability to innovate, experiment, and adapt in fast-paced environments.Entrepreneurial mindset and a proactive approach to creating value.Experience with AI tools, education technology, and CRM platforms (e.g., Notion, Substack).Ability to manage multiple priorities with clarity and focus.Nice to have:3-4+ years of experience selling to or working with K-12 school districts.Proven success navigating K-12 district relationships.Understanding of the K-12 mental health landscape.Experience at an early-stage startup (Compensation & BenefitsSalary: $110,000 - $130,000, commiserate with experienceComprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverageFree gym membership to Equinox Premium Membership: All AccessFlexible PTO policyPaid holidays and team recharge daysEqual paid parental leave for all parentsOpportunity to make a meaningful impact on student mental health nationwideOur Ideal CandidateWe're looking for someone who combines relationship building excellence with a passion for our mission.
