This position is perfect for a strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and excellence in the hospitality industry.Key Responsibilities:Oversee the entire food and beverage department, ensuring seamless operations across all outlets.Develop and implement strategies to enhance profitability and efficiency while maintaining the highest standards of quality and service.Collaborate with the Executive Chef to create exciting menus that reflect the modern American fare and the bounty of New York State.Manage budgets, forecasting, and financial planning for the food and beverage department.Lead, train, and inspire a large team of food and beverage professionals.Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
