About Us:Marcella, one of America's fastest-growing, impact-driven e-commerce fashion brands, selling women's designer essentials with an edge, is looking to hire a second creative and versatile listings manager in the U.S. - a critical role on its 13 person global marketing team.We're interested in hearing from candidates with strong verbal and written communications skills and the ability to curate visual materials. You should be a creative, highly organized, positive individual with demonstrated experience helping to manage day-to-day a Shopify ecommerce site, as well as (ideally) experience with Disco and CommerceHub. NYC designed and European handcrafted, Marcella is a next generation 1-for-1 brand where every major facet of its operation (design, production approach, sustainability, social impact) advances women and girls globally. At the heart of this approach is the School Days Project: for every order Marcella sells, the brand supports 3 days of school for a marginalized girl around the world (over almost 1 million school days supported globally so far...)Job Summary:The Listings Manager will be responsible for helping to manage and optimize our online sales channels, centrally our Shopify website, our soon-to-be-launched Shopify instances in other countries (i.e., U.K., Germany and France) and our complementary marketplace/dropshipping channels (i.e., Macy's, Nordstrom, etc.). Reporting into the company's CMO, with a dotted line into the company's Head of Retail Innovation, this role will focus on operational efficiency, strategic planning and execution, and continuous improvement to drive sales performance and customer engagement. The position is ideal for someone with experience with listings management and/or managing Shopify websites who wants to continue growing professionally and to interact regularly with an impassioned customer base and a dynamic global team involved in the making and marketing of women's apparel. Marcella has its principal offices in Northampton, MA and Europe (Bulgaria), with additional staff located in Boston and New York City.Listings Management:Execute the launch of product listings on various company websites and various marketplaces.Manage the creation of product descriptions, images, and keywords to enhance visibility and sales (including SEO).Help ensure compliance with website and marketplace policies and best practices.Help manage the site's visual merchandising and other site functionalities and contentSales Execution and Optimization:Execute the site's sales and promotion events.Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.Monitor inventory turnover rates and participate in strategic marketing planning.Conduct A/B testing to evaluate and refine strategies in partnership with the company's technical staff.Strategy & Planning:Develop and implement listings enhancement strategies to drive online sales growth.Help execute online marketing campaigns, promotions, as well as oversee product launches.Collaboration:Work closely within the marketing team and in partnership with product teams to align Ecommerce strategies with overall business goals.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives and projects.Build relationships and work closely with both US and Europe-based co-workers at all levels of the organization.Key Requirements:Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, merchandizing, or a related fieldStrong writing and analytical skillsExcellent knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Microsoft Outlook Detail-oriented with strong organizational skillsAptitude to learn quickly and operate new software and other technologyAbility to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions in a fast-paced environment, based on limited informationAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExcellent communication skillsProficiency in marketplace/dropshipping platforms (Mirakl, CommerceHub etc.) is a plusExperience in the fashion industry is a plusMotivation to work with a longer-term commitment within a dynamically growing family-owned companyWe offer:First and foremost - an opportunity to grow and learn with usA highly dynamic, intellectually challenging work environment in a fast growing, world-class organizationAn extremely committed and growing team of 65 professionals globally ...and, of course:Attractive remuneration and a bonus scheme, in accordance with the quality and impact of work performedExcellent working conditionsEmployee DiscountPaid Time OffMedical | Dental Coverage401(k)If you meet the conditions listed here and the position is of interest, please send your current resume and we would be delighted to meet you!Thank you for your time and consideration.
