Director, Technology Risk & ControlsNYC, New York, 100844Full Time HybridPosition Summary: The Manager of Technology Controls is responsible for assessing risk management and controls for Technology Infrastructure and Software Development and Testing, and working with the teams to enhance procedures and controls. In addition, this role will collect information and artifacts regarding control execution to support the management of RCSA (Risk & Control Self-Assessment), audits and examinations. The position will identify areas of improvement and provide support to implement enhancements. This role will perform assignments under the guidance of the VP, Risk & Control Client Delivery.Qualifications Required:Bachelor's degree in business or an information technology-related field5+ years' experience in technology in a highly regulated industryExperience in analysing or managing technical processes such as network, server or mainframe systems administrationStrong analytical skills with ability to organize and analyse informationExcellent communication skills, written and oralEffective interpersonal and influencing abilitiesAttention to detail and organizationEssential Functions and Responsibilities:Support Technology Infrastructure and Software Development teams on all aspects of in-business risk and controlPerform RCSA control testing to ensure operational effectiveness of controlsAssist in coordinating risk and control information for audits and external reviewsInteract with internal audit and regulators regarding technology controlsAnalyse metrics, help identify areas of improvement and collaborate on the enhancement effortsTrack and report on the status of self-identified issues and remediation plansPerform independent process reviews
