Apply today!Responsibilities:Performs a wide variety of duties to support the overall performance and compliance of the program, to include assessments, measuring performance to objectives, monitoring programming and trainings, and evaluating programs and providers to ensure compliance with federal legislation, state and local policies.Provides training to staff and providers on how to use all systems, databases, and conducts training sessions on case management, data integrity, using labor market information, and policies and procedures.Serves as the local area administrator and trainer of databases, learning systems, policies, and regulations, as well as Labor Market trends.Position Requirements:Bachelor's degree in a related field and three (3) years of experience working in workforce development or related field, or a combination of education and experienceUnderstanding of programs, policies, and procedures of the WIOA Title I Adult, Dislocated Worker, and Youth Programs, as well as other programs, services, and resources available in and through Workforce Development BoardExceptional interpersonal, communication, and facilitation skillsData collection and analysis skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite programs and Adobe Acrobat ProProficiency with Maryland Workforce Exchange (MWE) or similar MIS database system(s)Preferred Qualificiations:Five (5) years of experience working in workforce development or related fieldGlobal Career Development Facilitator (GCDF) Certification.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
