Reporting to the Country Leader and working closely with the Global Senior Partner for Life Sciences. This position will play a key role in driving strategic initiatives and delivering transformative solutions to our clients in the Life Sciences sector. As a director, you will lead engagements, develop client relationships, and help grow the practice while working across both strategic and technological domains.Responsibilities:Lead and manage projects for MedTech and Pharma clients, overseeing both the strategic and technology-driven components of the engagement.Contribute to the development and growth of the Life Sciences practice by identifying new business opportunities, fostering client relationships, and delivering high-quality solutions.Collaborate closely with internal teams to design and deliver integrated solutions that meet client needs.Support the growth of junior team members by mentoring and providing guidance on professional development.Take ownership of the delivery of client engagements, ensuring satisfaction, timely completion, and alignment with business objectives.Contribute to the development of proposals, pitch materials, and business development activities.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business, or a related field (advanced degree such as MBA or PhD preferred).12+ years of experience in life sciences, with a strong background in consulting, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or medical devices.Experience working with top-tier consulting firms (EY, Deloitte, KPMG, Accenture, Cognizant, etc.) or within a Fortune 500 company preferred.Proven ability to manage client relationships, drive project success, and build strong client trust.Understanding and managing EBITDA targets and delivering against personal targets (revenue, GP, P&L Management).Strong experience in leading and managing teams, with the ability to inspire and support the development of junior team members.Track record of success in business development activities, including identifying opportunities, proposal writing, and client presentations.Understanding of life sciences industry trends and challenges, and the ability to translate them into actionable strategies.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams.Ability to quickly adapt and learn new technologies and methodologies.The base salary range for this role is $230,000-$280,000Benefits:Choice of medical, dental, vision insurance.Voluntary benefits.Short- and long-term disability.HSA and FSAs.Matching 401k.Discretionary performance bonus.Employee referral bonus.Employee assistance program.9 public holidays.22 days PTO.PTO buy and sell program.Volunteer days.Paid parental leave.Remote/hybrid work environment.For more information about BIP US, visit is BIP US Consulting policy to provide equal employment opportunities to all individuals based on job-related qualifications and ability to perform a job, without regard to age, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, race, color, religion, creed, national origin, disability, genetic information, veteran status, citizenship, or marital status, and to maintain a non-discriminatory environment free from intimidation, harassment or bias based upon these grounds.BIP US provides a reasonable range of compensation for our roles.
