GOAT USA is looking for an exceptional Retail Store Manager who will be responsible for our new Westchester Retail Store. You'll work closely with the GOAT USA retail team, reporting directly to the Regional Retail ManagerJob Title:Retail Store ManagerJob Purpose:The primary purpose of the Retail Store Manager is to ensure the GOAT USA retail store is running smoothly and effectively. The Retail Store Manager is responsible for hiring and training employees and overseeing the store's day-to-day operations while motivating and managing the whole team.Job Duties and Responsibilities:Complete store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees to shifts.Promote optimum staff performance by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees.Regularly schedule meetings with staff to review performance.Deal with escalated customer service issues and incident reportsCoordinate with the Regional Manager to review company initiatives, expectations, and requirements pertaining to the retail location.Employ staff through recruiting and interviewing potential new hiresEnsure all employees have an understanding of the history and background of the company, as well as knowledge of the inventory and products that are in store.Must know the POS system and be able to train all employees to use our POS systemPresent the store creatively and cultivate a restock schedule for always maintaining inventory.Engage with the GOAT USA sales strategiesManage inventoryStore Manager (or Assistant Manager) must close store each day and report sales numbersMake sure store is secure and safe for staff and customersKeep clear line of communication with mall securityMaintain cash deposit routineReport cash and sales numbers to the Regional Manager, accounting team, and executive team.Make sure the store is neat, presentable, and organized at all times.Secure merchandise by implementing security systems and measures.Protect employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment.Confirm restock request sheets weeklyFacilitate and assist in the store restocksCoordinate with retail leadership to rotate inventory throughout the seasonsOrganize the stockroomDecorate the store during holidays (i.e., Christmas)Maintain excellent communication and Customer Service skillsMust work every Monday & Thursday morning shifts and one weekend day.Equal Employment Opportunity Statement:GOAT USA is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
