Alliant is seeking a highly motivated, results-oriented individual with experience owning a budget number and exceeding sales targets in the Adtech industry to grow Alliant's Platform Partnerships.The Director, Platform Account Development will be a key contributor to Alliant's continues evolution. This high-visibility position requires the successful candidate to grow and develop strategic relationships with Adtech platforms to promote Alliant digital audience targeting and enrichment solutions. This position will support growing platform relationships and create and implement a sales plan to exceed budgeted revenue goals. This position reports to the VP of Platform Partnerships.Principle Responsibilities:Own all aspects of strategic partnerships with named platform accountsExceed budgeted sales quotaNetwork deeper into named accounts to establish network of key contacts across various functions of platform organizations including Data Partner Manager, Product, Account Executives, Marketing and similar rolesDevelop account planning and budgeting numbersMaintain in person connections with all platforms including training sessions, in person meetings, lunches etc.Identify opportunities for sales growth across syndicated audiences, custom audiences, data licensing / enrichment packagesInitial point of contact for all account workflows, QA, integration updates, new product rollout etc.Work closely with sales, operations, project management, product and technology teams to implement new platform initiativesMaintain a healthy level of account communication activity, upselling new audience updates, responding to inbound Audience Help Desk requests, providing partner sales team trainings to exceed 100% of assigned revenue quotaUse Salesforce daily to record sales activity and revenue opportunitiesProvide monthly progress reports to managementQualifications and Skills:Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, or related business field preferred5-7 years' experience in AdTech sales/account management with DSPs, SSPs, Data Exchanges, or measurement platformsDemonstrated mastery of, and passion for, the art of selling data-driven audience targeting solutionsFull understanding of digital program metrics reporting and P&L standardsWorking knowledge of audience targeting and direct marketing analyticsExperience and relevant contacts within digital platformsOutstanding persuasive communication, writing and presentation skills, with a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPointExperience using a CRM database or software application (Salesforce a plus)Must be flexible, detailed, team-oriented and committed to having a good time while doing a great jobSome US based travel will be requiredAbout AlliantAlliant is a leading independent data company trusted by thousands of brands and agencies to bring a human element to modern data solutions.
