Proven ability to drive end-to-end solutions, manage sprint processes, and effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.Qualifications:5 years of experience in leadership, project management or other relevant areas.Must have experience on Data warehousing concepts ETL toolsExperience in Data warehousing - OLTP, OLAP, Dimensions, Facts, and Data modelling.Good working knowledge of any ETL or ELT tool (Matillion or Informatica or SSIS)Ability to effectively function in a cross team's environment, Experience in gathering and analyzing system requirementsBachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems or other equivalent experience in software development/ITResponsibilitiesShould have a product-focused mindset to understand business requirements and architect systems that will scale and extend to accommodate those needsCollaborate with business teams, CRM, data scientists, product managers and all data stakeholders to understand their needs and promote best practices.Collaborate with architects, product designers, product managers, engineers to implement high-quality solutionsTake full ownership of the initiative and deliver it end to end solutionWork with cross functional teams for the dependencies and finalize the solution appropriatelyWork with Engg team on the Deliverables /defect fixesWork with Release Management for the production deploymentArrange sprint planning /Sprint demo's and other Sprint ceremoniesCommunicate expectations, goals and feedback to the group regularly and resolve any concerns or issues actively.Identify and address conflicts early, facilitating discussions and finding satisfactory solutions for all parties involved.Support and guide team members to ensure they meet their individual targets and KPIs.Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.Strong leadership and organizational skills.Excellent analytical and decision-making acumen.Familiarity with the software development process, including specification, quality assurance, and documentationAdvanced interpersonal skills to effectively promote ideas, collaborate across teams and influence stakeholders to reach decisionsDetail-oriented with respect to software development process, communication and documentationCapable of performing requirements gathering, analysis and documentationExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate with stakeholders at various levels
