Through its global distribution network, the Company's products are sold in over 120 countries.The Regional Sales Manager, Northwest is the lead point of contact for assigned regional stores in the Northwest regional (CA/OR/WA/HI/AK/MT/ND) to establish our fragrance brands as 'top selling' for each location. This role builds and maintains long-lasting relationships with store management, negotiates promotional and event space, and supports the overall sales and promotion strategy. This position will drive performance by managing the store sales and the freelance budget and operations.This position will require approximately 60-80% travel within the dedicated region, include local and regional travel.Responsibilities:SalesAchieve retail sales projections as budgeted in all assigned storesRepresent all brands with integrity and professionalism; articulate the essence and strategy of each brand with the external clients/retailers; maintain awareness of the competition, while maintaining integrity, image, and philosophy of the companyImplementation of promotional and merchandising programs to achieve sell- through goals and animationsNegotiate with local retail management regarding space and location, as well as additional space and location (towers, tables, duratrans, T-Walls, & seasonal selling outpost opportunities as budgets permit while adhering to retailer guidelines) for events and promotionsCommunicate chronic stock issues to both the National Sales Manager and local store managementAdministrative + OrganizationRegular communication/feedback with management team and stakeholders regarding on-going business and support needsFreelance ManagementSchedule, train, and motivate Freelancers, providing constant feedback regarding Retail Sales CoordinatorRequired Education/Experience:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field5+ years of sales and managerial experience within the Beauty industry, fragrance experience highly preferredPrior experience working with department stores, including Macy's and NordstromRequired Qualifications:Excellent sales and customer service skills with proven negotiation skillsThe ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced and changing environmentSelf-motivation combined with a team-player spiritExcellent listening and presentation skillsDeep understanding of elevated customer experienceProficient skills in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and OutlookTop performer with a proven record of sales successMust have and maintain a valid driver's licenseWorking Environment:Remote home office and in-store retailLocal and regional travel (CA/OR/WA/HI/AK/MT/ND) required, up to 80%Occasional weekend/holiday availabilityWe Offer:An entrepreneurial career with a dynamic environment where all voices are heard and appreciatedLow hierarchy with high visibility to C-Suite on a regular basisA growing company with a proven track record of solid financial stabilityBonus opportunity based on personal performancePaid time off policies including vacation, holiday, and sick days401K plus company matchRobust healthcare, insurance, and benefit optionsOptions to support development, including complimentary access to LinkedIn LearningInterparfums USA, LLC is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to equal opportunity employment without regard to race, religion, color, sex, age, sexual orientation, national origin, citizenship, disability or any other basis of discrimination prohibited by applicable local, state or federal law.
