Position PurposeThis full-time, salaried position reports directly to the Director of Operations. As the Director of Client Engagement, you won't just be filling a role - you'll be a crucial part of our team, working hand in hand with our attorneys and legal operations experts. Together, you'll dive deep into our firm's distinctive approach to estate planning, ensuring it aligns perfectly with the needs of our future clients. This is more than just a sales position, it's an opportunity to make a real impact on people's lives while contributing to the continued success of our firm. This position works within a 4.5 day-per-week schedule. Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesClient Engagement and Conversion:Initiate contact with potential clients, understanding their legal needs, and introducing them to LLG servicesConduct consultations and presentations to showcase LLG's expertise and value propositionWork closely with our attorneys and legal operations team to ensure accurate communication of legal services and client requirementsRelationship Management:Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients and channel partners, ensuring ongoing satisfaction, process management, and identifying opportunities for additional servicesAct as the primary point of contact for all PNCs, addressing any concerns or inquiries promptlyGather client feedback and work with the legal team to continuously improve service deliveryClient Success Onboarding Execution, Strategy, and Reporting:Be the owner of the onboarding process for new clients, including entering key information into LLG's CRM, facilitating and executing intake discussions, and phone conversations, executing service agreements, and managing initial client paymentsTrack and report on client metrics, client interactions, and channel partner activityProvide regular updates to the management team on the client onboarding process and feedbackCollaboration and Communication:Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to ensure seamless client onboarding and service deliveryStay informed about LLG's legal services, industry trends, and competitive landscapeAttend industry events, conferences, and networking functions, to represent the firm and build relationshipsLead with our Core Values:Cultivate ExcellenceCare GenuinelyServe with IntegritySucceed TogetherNurture RelationshipsWhat We OfferAt Lanier Law Group, we are committed to providing a comprehensive benefits package that supports our employees' overall well-being including:$50,000 base salary. + up to $70,000 in commission (variable, performance-based compensation: % of base onboarding + potential for advance work if buy-up occurs)Leadership that is committed to the development of a healthy and functional workplace cultureProfessional development opportunities Employee recognition programsHalf-day FridaysEducation and Required Skills/ ExperienceDesire to work in a law firm focused on business sales developmentStrong personal maturity and ability to work in a healthy positive mannerStrong discretion and judgment for the ability to appropriately handle confidential informationAbility to work from the Gainesville, Georgia office 5 days per weekProven experience in sales, business development, or client relations, preferably in a professional services or legal environmentStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients - taking a consultative approachIndependent self-starter who thrives on immersion in a rapidly changing environment and has excellent problem-solving skillsAbility to walk the line of working independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and initiativeAbility to adapt and overcome in a high-paced, dynamic environmentFamiliarity with legal services preferredBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
