Lead Superintendent - Ground Up ConstructionYou're a builder.You've taken buildings out of the ground, led other Superintendents, and prefer working on big projects.You'll oversee the field operations on ground-up/ core and shell projects across NYC, including Manhattan, Brooklyn, Long Island City, and the Bronx. Projects include multi-family residential, mixed-use, hotels, and affordable housing. Projects range from $20m to $200m+ and have included projects of up to 55 stories.We need a Super with a proven track record of taken 20+ story projects out of the ground.
