In this client-facing role, you will manage relationships with small business founders interested in exiting, guiding them through the M&A process from start to finish. You'll play a pivotal role in helping these entrepreneurs achieve their goals while ensuring a seamless transaction experience.Daily Responsibilities Include:Gather financial and operational documentation from sellers to facilitate the M&A process.Collaborate with our graphic design team to develop compelling prospectus materials that highlight sellers' businesses.Create targeted buyer outreach lists tailored to the unique characteristics of each seller's business.Evaluate and interview potential buyers to assess their fit and interest.Negotiate on behalf of sellers to achieve the best possible deal terms and total value.Guide sellers through the due diligence process, providing support and advocacy at every step of the way.Required Skills, Experience & Education:The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and is passionate about delivering value to small business owners.
